Sleep

how long do you sleep daily? How much is in your control?

I have seen people with 1 hour sleep one day and then they cover in the other days. How can anyone do it

In my normal routine I sleep around 6 hours. Sometimes I sleep more or less than that.

1 hour

As much as there are recommendations for getting 8 hours sleep., its really an individual capacity. The term "enough sleep" varies from person to person. Some are happy in 5 hour sleep, some need atleast 8.

My sleep cycle is shot! I do get my 6-8 hours of sleep ...but it's not raat ki neend, which is more satisfying and beneficial. Working from home can really jack up your sleep cycle.

People having less sleep have usually trouble waking up early. But thats something we all should aspire

Raza tha Khan!

I want blue-green man! :)

1 hour can be an exceptional day. For example students with exams, nurses or doctors with very long hours of work. Its necessary but impressive if anyone does it

SLEEP WALKER STORY!

**I’ve been sleepwalking for as long as I can remember and am constantly dragging my girlfriend out of bed as I’m convinced the front of the house is falling off. I once found myself on a ledge on the first floor of my barracks chasing a thief who did not exist. As a child I thought I was the Man from UNCLE and fell face down on to the floor thinking I had been shot. I then calmly got up and went back to bed as if nothing had happened, according to my auntie.

I’ve fallen out of bed on lots of occasions, including once in a flat where the bed was eight feet above the floor. I constantly dream about tsunamis. I just live with it without taking any medication. Everyone who knows me seems to accept it. However the incident in the army (when I was chasing the non-existent thief) did cause one of my roommates to sleep with a knife under his pillow as he was convinced I would kill him in my sleep.

At the time I don’t even know I am doing it, and if I wake up during sleepwalking I just get back into bed and fall asleep straight away. When I’m reminded of the incident sometimes it comes back to me and I relive it. It does make me wonder what I am dreaming about.**

I mean good sleep requires work, I workout in the morning at 5 am, tire myself out and not eat heavy foods late. Brush, floss, clean toungue etc. Many eat massive quantity of Biryani and Korma and go to bed without brushing flossing.
