Hi guppies sometimes i have problems going to sleep at night. Please give helpful tips. Thanx for ur help.

- make sure your mattress is comfy --so important!
- dont take too much tea and coffee
- dont eat or drink too much close to bedtime
- dont take naps in daytime
- exercise in daytime
- take a hot bath before getting in bed --this always helps me sleep because it makes your body feel so cozy
- make sure it is suitably dark and quiet in your room
Spray lavender room spray in u're room.. or a scented candle. I love it!

Or as my cleaner puts it - have a mug of hot milk with horlicks!! Ewww..

Don't put a TV or computer in your room. Don't use your laptop while in bed either. Both make a big difference.
Pray, pray, pray. There are duas for sleeplessness.

DO NOT sit on your bed to read or to watch tv or to do any other activities.....
if you take naps....stop taking those...
take a warm bath....it always helps me
and exercise !

- exercise during the day
- don't watch t.v before sleeping
- don't drink tea of coffee after 7 p.m
- deep breaths for 10 minutes
- do something calm like take a hot bath or shower to relax

I always hear this, that we should not use our bed for anything except bed related stuff. But I love my bed, its so cozy, I always read on it, use the laptop, talk on the phone etc. Does anyone really strictly follow this bed rule?
