So guys do any of you sleep walk or sleep talk?

I sleep talk alot! I used to sleep walk as a child but not anymore. My friend sleep eats!! :open_mouth:

Any interesting stories?

I used to sleep eat in the childhood. I will sleep early in the evening without having my dinner. My mother will wake me up feed me and then I will go back to sleep. But I would not remember having that dinner , they will tell me.

sleep eat?!?! ive heard it all now. My dad use to sleep talk. still does sometimes. Hes a banker and in his sleep he always yells out profit margins made at work or number of shares issued along with a whole load of other finance BS hahaha

sleep talking is NOT a blessing. Not unless you like waking upto a pissed off family in the morning over something you might have said the night before

there was a case once of a man who walked out onto the highway as he was sleepwalking and almost got run over. But those cases are rare however do occur.

**and, there was a guy who drove 40 miles, killed his mother-in-law, took a shower, washed the murder weapon [a knife] and put it away in a box, drove back 40 miles and then got into his bed...

*...he was arrested the next day and tried in court...guess what? he used 'SLEEP WALKIN/DRIVING' as his defense and WON!*

There was a famous case of a man who murdered his wife in his sleep!

I have seen a video of a man trying to attack his wife in his sleep after playing too many video games.

when we study the origin of belief system or religion they say that there are two self in one person oneself n otherself when we dream or act in sleep its the otherself working
nowadays psychology iterprets it as in its own way
religion by the way of spirit or rooh
science by the way of minds hidden activity...........................................
