uff I can so understand wot u must be going thru i epxerienced that a lot and i inquired abt it a lot…u know i used to get scared too that it might be the jinns and i didnt want to fall asleep cuz of this happening to me it was really bad but then i read tht sumtimes it happens cuz of lack of oxygen or weakness and i experienced this specificall when i was reallly very tired…
Allah ka shuker hai its been long i had the same experience i have got over it and yeah it mostly happened in winters when all my room is closed n no way for fresh air etc…oh another thing also i heard it could be cuz of ear infection
