Sleep paralysis in Islam

I am not a superstitious person but there are many external forces and beings made by ALLAH which our naked eye cannot see.Its best to read 4 qul and ayat-al kursi before u go to sleep.
I can give u another tip,Pray to ALLAH humbly before u sleep,“Respected ALLAH,my life is in ur grasp and i seek for YOUR protection only and i depend on YOU only”.
Pray in english or urdu, or punjabi etc.Close ur eyes and go to sleep then.

and sleeping on right side is sunnah and its better to try on sleeping on right side.
