Science has an answer to everything…lol what a bunch of crock.

Like someone said, read ayatul Kursi every night, sleep facing the right side and then come back to us if you still suffer from this sleep paralysis crap these doctors shove at us.

I agree…but there is no harm in trying both for an effective cure.
