for the last 3 days i have sleep lack. even i go to bed at 11pm and can’t sleep at all, then sleep only 1 hour. then lost, then again same problem tonight, i don;t know why. i don;t have any worry or problem. the weather is very cold and my body is burn temperature under the blanket even the room is 5’c. i am depressed to sleep properly, and it affects my weight gain and difficult to digest from what i eat previous the day. i took sleep pill daily and no help me to fall sleep, i always feel awaken all the time. what is wrong with me?

yaar you sound like you is taking tension. stop drinking tea cafeeine stuff. u dont have fever do u yaar?
be happy yaar. pray on mat to almighty for help. dont take tension yaar.
be careful with the sleep pills ...my roomate took too many and started getting sick and threw them up.

hey yar take a warm water bath just before your sleep after bath jump in the bed and inshahlah u vl hve a nice sleep

I had same problem before 2 weeks.. i didnt sleep for 2 days at all though i used to lay on bed for long time.. but with time i got my sleep back...
i flushed out all the thoughts frm my mind and went to sleep without worrying abt any damn thing. So, just clear your mind...you should get good sleep then..

The more you think aboout not getting enough sleep, the more sleep will elude you.
Do this - lie down facing up and observe your breathing. Don't regulate your breathing - just observe your natural inhale and exhale (whether shallow or deep). If your mind wanders away, bring your mind back to your breath. Pretty soon you will feel relaxed enough to doze off.

Even though you think you got no worries but your brain is bothered by something, it could be the mattress or the pillow.. or maybe the dripping water from the faucet.. or maybe the ticking of your wall clock, or maybe it's the stress.. there is something ur mind can't comprehend well.. which you don't know yet. So find out first and then let us know :)

i have a lot of control on my sleep. i have no idea how that is:hmmm:
i can sleep at 5 or something and wake up at 8 in the morning all without an alarm clock etc.. never needed one! ![]()

drink warm milk and read boring book u will feel sleepy trust me

A warm cup of milk, or try some chamomile tea. Please stay away from pills and the like!
