Sleep Deprived

Re: Sleep Deprived

Legally Brown is correct.

You might want to try actually pushing for like 6-7 hours, and try to become more efficient at getting your work done in the day.

Like the half hour you spend on GS - don't come onto GS and do your work. Really evaluate your schedule and see where you're losing minutes. Easier said than done.

I used to do the whole 3-5 hours, and so I eventually did crash. Couldn't take it anymore, and so I stopped. Now I sleep way more. Even with a currently TOUGH schedule that is killing even the best of us, I am still trying to get in about 6 hours of sleep.

Take breaks, and make them worthwhile, so that you're not left wanting more break time. Get as much as you can get done during the day. Alter studying habits, and take up studying tactics that help you learn more in less time.

And take care of your health. Healthy foods + proper daily bowel movements. That should boost your energy and help you get more done during the day.

Re: Sleep Deprived

oh yea...that really does help.

Re: Sleep Deprived

Yes, that’s me too. I don’t even know what a full night of sleep feels like. (two kids)

Re: Sleep Deprived

(if u're working /studying than) yr spouse could help u out on his way home, ask him to share yr work load + kids routine and in the meantime u could catch up some sleep ( if yr too sleepy) , or apply the golden rule................ sleep when the kids sleep ( if u stay home ) ...........
