i wanted to see the code so here it goes..

Balaji and Irfan Pathan were made look like super bowlers by our own (Pakistani) pathetic batsmen. Zaheer is really the only consistent bowler they have and he too have picked up an injury which keep ruling him in/out on consistent basis. with Kumble gone, Bhaji is really not consistent on all wickets.
Indian really are facing crises in blowing department just like we are facing in Batting department.
Right on target. Does'nt help that the Lankan pitches are the flattest anywhere, but that is no excuse for yesterday's performance - a more-talented or even more-disciplined attack would have fared better. Scarier is the fact that other than Zaheer and maybe Sreesanth, both of whom are injured, this is probably the best we have. The cupboard is bare - even in spin bowling, which used to traditionally be a strength. Depressing.
In the short-term, we need a bowling coach to make the best of what we have (Ishant in particular, has the raw material, and could benefit. Probably same with Sreesanth). Longer-term, need to invest some of BCCI cash into systematic programs to unearth and develop bowlers. The MRF program was good while it lasted, but has since gone to ground. BCCI needs to view this as its immediate priority and do something soon. Otherwise we could be looking at some seriously depressing years ahead, esp when Dravid, Tendulkar and Laxman all retire around the same time.

Another flat track! SL is doing well to put the runs on the board again.
Indian bowling has been OK. Not as pathetic as some people are making out to be. The track is just flat and SL is playing at home and batting well.
It's up to the Indian batters to not get pressured because of a huge SL total.. and respond in a similar fashion.

Man.. he sure does look good..solves the test opener problem they were having. lets see how he does abroad. SL batters uusally dont do very well away... but part of the problem is that they dont play too many away tests.

Raina is debuting this game. Also Vijay the reserve opener (beginner) is playing..
But I was highly disappointing that they did not select Pujara. No need for Yuvraj in tests. Why dont teams understand that u dont need to have the same squad for different formats? Pujara has been scoring a bucket full of runs all over India and all over England on the recent Ind A tour. He is pretty close to making his debut but I dont know why they are delaying it and persisting with fatty Yuvraj.
