I am having this error on skype since 2 days now “Cant Connect”

For the first time its happening

Any solutions

Are you behind a firewall? What change was made to your PC just before Skype stopped working.

this is what I did with a laptop of my room mate as he use to skype for anything none sense. So to cut him off skype I once asked him for his laptop and went into windows firewall advanced setting and disabled skype in and out going communications. So after few days of everything (not windows re installations) he got fed up and started living without skype. after a month I enabled it again. Now I hope so it wasn't you.

Change your password in this case you will login, otherwise same suggestion uninstall and then re-install thanks

I once had a similar issue...and found out it was a DNS issue with my ISP. I used a proxy and it started working. As a permanent solution, I restarted my router and that fixed it.
