If I don't eat 3 meals a day, I feel like I'm gonna die. If I miss a meal, God help me, it is like I'm about to pass out. I don't know how you guys do it.

shweeet its so hard believe me :smiley: i use to pig out lol but abh shukar hai slowly and slowly - at work most of the time its salad - it works believe me

it started with smaller plates, then stopping bread and rice… I love rice and not eating them feels like a huge torture :hoonh:

but there is this *ahem few stuff at victoria secret i saw- and i wanna fit in that thing *ahem - dont worry for no one for myself - mein and my tanhaai]

i use to live on food… but abh shukar hai things have changed

but hey even women need atleast 1200 calories a day just to SURVIVE....
i've tried limiting calories....its a very good thing but if i go below a certain amount my hair starts falling, and my skin starts getting dry and i feel tired all the time.

beats me too...breakfast is the most important meal...you shouldn't miss that at all. It's cos u almost break a fast after some 11 odd hours so u need to eat something healthynheavy in the morning. yeh then u can talk of skipping lunch, but just living on dinner-- no way man!

My sister is nuts she would literally not eat and i know she has lost around 25 lbs since november i would say.. and got such a pretty face everyone looks at her and go Mashallah :~) - she literally does it.. she would only eat salaan no roti etc. - she is about 5*4 i think

you gotta have some gosht on you… i dont like istariyaaa type tangeein either :smiley:

Mad, I havent read all teh other replies but I dont have three meals a day.. I used to get that sluggish mid afternoon feeling too

nowadays I "graze" healthy snacks and food to nibble on throughout the day

Bibijee, 2 oranges/small salad, yogurt- are you on hunger strike or something? Of course all of us are different but I never changed my lifestyle and/or food for the sake of losing what I gained over time and looking younger or whatever- thats sound way too absurd for me to do that- esp. for the others. I still maintain same punjabi diet- lassi, parathas, veggie sabzi, and 1 glass milk in the morning and 1 at night. Then I run on the treadmill for 3-4 miles everyday, do little bit of yoga in the morning- and trust me, I am stuck at 65 kgs for the past 8 years or so. I have seen girls going crazy about their weight. There’s a girl in my office and she only takes oranges and cereals- eats nothing, no beer and no coffee.. okay, she looks like Michelle pfifer but I dont like that starving look.

Best not to have too much sugar during lunch. The sugar high is what makes you feel tired.

Definately each lunch. High protein lunches are great, and you dont feel sleepy either. Its the carbs that make you feel sleepy, and if you eat excess. First fill yourself with water, then eat a lunch full of protein, and you shouldnt get that sluggish feeling.

Nia she’s right, shweet is like a freakin truck.. we were standing on the train and it stopped suddenly n she fell on me and my arm still hurts from her falling on me.. this was 4 months ago :bummer:
