The only way to get rid of the flab is strength training, dieting alone will help you lose wt but you cant get a toned body without exercise. I guess sit ups/crunches etc would work well for the abdominal area.

I’ll c if that works on me.

Until I read this post I thought I didn’t know I was fat .
