Re: Skincare

the best thing is waiting for the blemishes to go away. they do go away, don't worry. all these glycolic peels and all that crazy stuff frankly scares me. the best course of action is to go mild. like miicha said, wash your face twice a day. more than that you tend to strip the natural oil that your skin gives out...and to counter that your skin becomes even more oily. during the day just clean the oil off by either by patting ur face with a tissue or something like that. exfoliat your skin twice a week with a mild exfoliant, especially when you have breakouts (i find that besan is the best exfoliant if i have lots of breakouts) and don't forget to moisturize. use vitamin e oil at night to help your skin get rid of the blemishes. it will take time for sure...but let your skin do what it comes naturally to it. and stop using foundations for a while. it's ok to have a blemish or two...wear it with pride. you're not some weird photoshopped model, you're a human being.
