I didn’t have a strict regime but I started drinking warm water with lemon every morning empty stomach and that really cleared my zits etc.

Also, I regularly, for the month leading up to the wedding, drank fresh carrot + apple juice. Drinking carrot juice regularly makes my skin glow but since I don’t like the taste of just carrot juice, I mixed it with apples.
