Yes scrub? i guess i should stop it then

i like the exercise idea but im a very skinny person and currently trying to put on weight…any recomandation to exercise without shedding weight?

Here are my tips on things which will help with your skin:

1. Start exercising regularly. When I hit the gym hard several times/week, my skin looks more fresh/glowy. Plus working out will help you deal with wedding stress, give you more energy, and get you in better shape physically.

2. Try to increase your intake of fruits/veggies as much as possible.

3. Start doing 40% lactic acid peels 1x/week. Start using sunscreen diligently.

4. Get a glycolic based face cream to use 3-4/week. The cream should have between 10%-15% glycolic acid.

5. Did you mean to write above that you use a light scrub on your skin every night? If so it sounds too harsh. No need to use a scrub every-single-day.

6. Do a search on this forum OR on the internet for “oil cleansing method” or “OCM”. This is better/less harsh on your skin than using face wash.
