^ Agreed. In addition to the change in lifestyle/enviornment…these days we’re also exposed to more sun. I know I definately dress differently than my nani or dadi did back then, and I’m also out of the house more often.
And we also put a lot of make-up on our skin on a regular basis that wasn’t used by previous generations…I’m positive that my nani/dadi didn’t use foundation/powder/blush/highlighter/bronzer etc. etc. etc. on regular basis (if ever!).
