just curious, does anyone know whether skin shrinks during the night? i know odd!!!
as u know recently i had an op and i got a skingraft near my chest area.. neways for bout 3 weeks i had it all bandaged up but for the past 2 weeks ive had a light bandage on so the graft can breathe.. except the problem is, it absolutely kills when i wake up..
i have to place my hand on top of the graft and keep it from "stretching" because if it does, its extremely painful.. and today when i had a look at in the morning (as i didnt wear a bandage at night) it looked as though it had shrunk.. but after showering it had gone to normal size..

well the body does most of its repairing at night when we're asleep, perhaps it's some side effect of that?
Well, it's a skin graft, so you need to stretch it. It's like having surgery done or being stitched, you need to stretch to get your elasticity and movement back.
