I do everything, but I don't drink enough water. I hate having to run to the loo every half hour! I must also confess, that I don't always eat healthy either...chocolate is my best friend! :)

Does it work though? I have started to drink more water but i must admit the constant trips to the loo are very annoying.

I can’t stop having chocolate too guys :frowning: Water… I don’t drink a lot these days :frowning: It does improve your skin in the long term. As long as we follow most of these steps we should be ok :bummer:

u explained the skin care general tips. i think now a days every body know that. i think u should discuss the company name that r light and less chemical at this age. u can't suggest the proper cream or skin care product. so in generally sugesst the company names and share the views abut it product vs skin type. thanx
