I have fair skin but it fluctuates very frequently. For example, I am fair now 5 mins later I’ll look couple of shades darker. It’s not that I been in the sun or did anything extraordinary. What causes this??? Any remedies???
I mostly stay at home, so do I still need to use suncreen? If yes can you recommed something that is natural because I have very sensitive skin and acne problem too.

I dont break out very often. It's sometimes I get a few. But why does my skin change colors all by itself and so frequently? And I used to be lot fair before, as the times goes by I keep getting darker.
It's after high cardio exercise that I look really fair and cheeks are all pink but then after a while skin tone gets darker again

i get really pale and dark and weird once in a while,its due to hormonal change for me and i do nothing abt it.I wait for my periods to get over
