Skin is a reflection of overall health and sometimes it shows that you are not getting proper nutrients, many desis aren’t too fond of salads, slightly cooked or raw vegetables and fruits and don’t get enough exercise.
We are supposed to eat 5 servings of vegetables, eat lots of fish, dairy and chicken and stay active and get exercise. Taking care of your health will improve skin.
