Milia maybe? Exfoliation with salicylic acid can help. You can get them professionally removed from an esthetician or derm through a lancing needle: it doesn’t hurt. And afterwards use exfoliation to keep them at bay.

ewwww some of the pics on google are beyond gross! but no thankfully it doesnt look like that. Mine are very very very tiny and have no colour. literally like a speck of sugar/salt.
