I might get a manicure maybe 2 or 3 times a year - it’s just too much effort to do the upkeep to ensure that that there aren’t any chips in the nail polish. What I do find is that about 2 days post manicure, the skin around the cuticles starts to peel badly - what can I do to prevent this?
Here are pictures to illustrate my point

Wow, your zindagi kee lakeer meets your dimagh kee lakeer way too late. That just shows that you started using your dimagh very late in your life.

Ouch. You shouldn’t get your cuticles trimmed anyways, it’s not good.
I’d apply cuticle oil regularly to keep them moisturised.

i think this is called hangnails…:halo:
happens to me mostly due to lace of moisture or using detergents without putting gloves on..

Those are my own nails - I’ve never had acrylic nails done.
Yes, they are hangnails - but I’m trying to address the cause of the hangnails. This only happens to this degree and severity after I’ve gotten a manicure.

Make sure they don't bother your cuticles the next time you go in. I don't ever come across this issue but it seems like the peeling might be because of that.
