skin diets

Recently, Gina mentioned some skin tonic water to try to improve the condition of ur skin internally.

Has anyone tried other “skin diets” or programmes specifically targeted to improve skin/wrinkles?

Currently i am interested in “stop ageing start living” by Jeannette MD Graf based on an article read in Grazia.

See video for a bit of info:

Personally, have tried or rather attempted the Perricone Diet which is based on an anti-inflammatory diet, which involves eating loads of salmon!! A few of us tried the 3 day diet but we barely made it past the first day…

Anyone else intersted/tried/recommend any such programmes?

Re: skin diets

i would try it..but i think drinking lots of water and fruit and veg is prob the best idea.

Re: skin diets

just take the fish capsules instead of eating loads n loads of salmon!

I did the skin detox diet, plus the oolong tea and both times my skin looked clearer. I thought I was 'seeing' things but a couple people asked me if I was getting some peel or treatment done.
