Hey, I’ve got a question for everyone of you who have been drinking it for a few days. Since you are guzzling 2 L of water everyday, did you have need to use bathroom more frequently than you did before? About how many times did you need to pee each day?
I’m asking this because I’ve been thinking about doing this detox thing too BUT I have to pee so many times each day as it is . Don’t wanna sit in the loo for 5 hours each day
i hardddddddllly drank water ... i still did piss a lot ... and now with this thing ... yea i definitely need to piss more ... but it's like pissing more in one go :D
every time i drink a glass ... i have to go ...
You’ll need to go a few more times maybe, but I found with 2 litres of water I didn’t crave or have any coffee/tea. It might be the same. Even if you ‘go’ a few extra times..it’s worth it!
1.) What difference/changes did you see?
one of the first thing I noticed was my breath it stayed fresh and minty thro out. The first two days where good but then I started to feel bloated but this was probably due to the fact I was still having my normal intake of foods a day. after I cut down on my eating it wasn't so bad. over all I didn't notice a major difference in my face a slight healthy shine apart from tht I had stopped getting spots for about 2 months now, and then two decided to pop up in the last 4 days and one left a very dark mark on my face. not happy. One thing I did really like about it tho was I stopped craving midnight feasts and it just made me feel healthier from inside and I wanted to eat healthy foods as opposed to the junk I've been eating in the past few months
2.) Was it difficult in at the start?
not really. apart from the bloating feeling, It was fine but im used to drinking water anyways so nope it wasnt. oh yea forgot to mention it tends to make u burp alot too
3.) Will you be doing it once a month?
well the way I made my water was I would take the water out of my 2 ltr mineral bottle and add it to a jug along with the lemon, mint and apple and then let it soak in the fridge over night, and then dilute it in the rest of the 2ltr bottle the next morning. but I actually preferred the undiluted water and think I'm gonna stick to it every morning and see how I get on
4.) would I recommend it to others?
well I wouldn't recommend it to people who want a clear face in a week It wont happen (mayb long term) but if u feel like ur always picking at foods thro out the day then I suggest u try this out. water on its own doesn't fill me up but this did. also makes u feel good about ur self and question all the junk we put in our bodies. down fall is the toilet duties. but u could easily work around this by having 1ltr in the morning then u know ur gonna b going toilet within the next hour then have the rest when u get back home in the eveining.
oh yeah and another thing I didnt crave any drinks, actually I just realized I didnt drink fizzy drinks or any other drinks apart from my morning cup of tea. so yea If ur always drinking coffee's and other drinks and want to come out of the habit then definitely give this a go.
when you start it you will be wishing you had some portable toilet with you! in the beginning i was going more than 20 times a day! but i noticed i only go around 15 times now. maybe my body is finally absorbing it! lol!
My skin is clear enough already. But i waned to improve my water intake ande i thought having two water botles before hand would be an incentive. Third day today. I am eating much less and i like it for that reason.

Well, the first thing I've noticed after this week is that my skin is looking better and I didn't get any spots. It was easy to drink the 2 lt everyday cauz it tasted really good. And I've stopped craving sweats and I'm feeling healthier. It really filled up and I didn't eat bad stuff all day long

No, It wasn't difficult to star. Except that one has to make the mix every night. But it's okay.
3.) Will you be doing it once a month?
Well I've seen positive results. I think I'll try it twice a month.
4.) would I recommend it to others?
I would recommend it to everyone who wants to feel healthier and do something good for his/her body. Its really easy, cauz it really tastes good.
i've been doing this 'course' for over a week now and today has been the first day that i went to work wearing no-make except lipgloss. that's how confident i feel!
1.) What difference/changes did you see?
i had these under-the-skin pimples on my forehead that just wont go away. they were there since quite some time, and would only go away if i took harsh measures ... but then they'd come back again. with this one week routine ... these pimples seem to have gone, my forehead is MA very clear ... but lets see how long it lasts ...
2.) Was it difficult in at the start?
yes. i had to pee A LOT. i cant tell you what an immense state of emergency i woke up in every morning! but it was quite normal in the last three days.
3.) Will you be doing it once a month?
i dont know if i will specifically carry a routine every month, but it has definitely opened me up towards sensible water consumption .. as i really didnt drink water AT ALL before. regardless of the ingredients, i will put a jug of water in front of me .. and make it a point to finish it. but whenever there are lemons and/or apples lying around, i'll definitely toss them in a jug of water (also if i am not too lazy) :D
4.) would I recommend it to others?
definitely. it's pure 100% vitamin water :D
