i dont feel full, but my stomach kind of blows up . But that alway happen when i drink alot of water ..
Day four! A colleague asked me if I had gotten a facial 
I’m able to finish the 2 litres Alhamdulilah.. I don’t crave coffee much either.

i have been very bad…i drank half of it on my 2nd day and missed 2day. i think i wl have to restart 
good effort by you (this thread and the ‘experiment’ thread)… i will give it a try as well…

I’m feeling very well and my skin is looking better.
I have ended up with a sore throat I think I have put way too much lemon in there…I am gona wait till my throat heals and start again!!!

My skin is looking fresher. Sometimes I look a bit ill and my skin look dull, due to iron deficiency. But my friends asked me if I was using a new cream.

Ooo yes I feel Fantastic! best thing is becoz of drinking so much water I don’t crave my midnight feasts anymore
2 more days to go girls.. (for some 3 days) don’t give-up!
Aww hope you feel better soon…My throat feels a bit better today but I am going to give it few more days and then start again Maybe this time with less lemon juice.
