Having a sip and it is actually quite refreshing and way nice than normal plain water..
This morning I woke up and diced my one (huge) apple into cubes..
cut 6/7 mint leaves and sliced 1 lemon thinly and somehow got it into a drinking water bottle and filled it with water
The bottle 75ml so will probably add just top the bottle up and keep the fruits inside
So Gina what does this drink do for you as in the benefits of it
I se eyou noted Complexion but with the Lemon, I think it might be good as a dietary aid right?
I've had a litre of it so far, I actually like it. It's easier to drink because it's flavored.
It's supposed to flush-out toxins from your body and improve your complexion and help you feel energetic all day long!

Doesn't taste bad at all, can taste more of the lemon then anything else. ummm looks pretty awful tho

Hi guys, well I made the water last night and had almost 1,5 litre so far. It tastes really
good and refreshing.

also I've noticed it keeps my breath nice and fresh

Am used to drinking 1.5 litres a day anyway but for some reason I’m feeling really bloated

Gina..does the thing’s effect get cancelled if I add any other ingredient to it? let say ginger, or kalonji or errr vodka..for example of course :halo:

2nd day.. did the same thing as yesterday.. Loving the taste of the mint and lemon..

2nd day for me too Alhamdulilah.. I've finished 4 glasses uptill now. Loving it!
No if the other ingredients are pink…pink kalonji, pink vodka etc.

my 1st day, it is ok....i doesnt taste diff from normal water just a very faint taste?! i hope there was nothin wrong with my apple n lime :P

I am gona start from tomorrow InshAllah...I hardly drink any water so I am worried I will probably feel bloated???

Does anyone else feel like their stomachs going to pop?
I have to eat less food tomorrow thts for sure.
I'm eating less than usual too I feel full.. but not 'sluggish'.
