Is staying fair nicer or should I get a fake tan?? M going to Pakistan over easter, which is more ‘in’ in the desi society?

Haha. Stay as fair as possible. Pakistanis barely see the features etc. It's all about being fair :D

if not plain desi but one parents from western origins, then hell yeah,it does! :)

In the desi community.....the fairer/lighter you are, the better it is. No one....especially aunties....cares about whether or not a tan "suits" you or if you're mixed.

You'll naturally end up with sun kissed glow from all those outdoor activities in sunny Pakistan, so I'd say don't bother with fake tan. No its not all about being fair, Pakistanis also love the Mediterranean olive skin tones.

I agree with Jolie. Stay away from fake tans/lotions. Just get yourself a natural sunkissed glow from the sun - it looks hot.
