Skin care for bald/shaven heads

Hai,

I have dry skin, winters are the worst. And as luck would have it, its all dry and flaky on top of my head too. But when I moisturize my scalp, it shines too much. What do people on here with the same situation use?

apply pine sol twice daily (morning N bedtime) ... preferably on a scratched head

You can try some shine control moisturizer, may be it will work.
