It's better to visit a dermatologist in case of skin allergies. You could go to the pharmacy and ask the pharmacist for a topical gel. I used one a few years ago but I'm not sure of the name. I think it was Eucerin but consult a dermatologist or a pharmacist.
Baking soda aur pani ko mila len. Is se apni nafarmaan skin ko dhoyen. Umeeed hai k ap kuch der khurrakna band kar den ge. Nai to jald doctor se rabta karen.

Meri ghazal ji, pta nae kuri aein k munda aein…o puchni si

See if you can figure out what is causing the allergy. Dust? Maybe something you are eating.....or soap, laundry detergent, etc? Perhaps the sheets need to be changed; sometimes we keep them for too long.
I think it's easier to just go see the doctor rather than do one trial after another with natural remedies. I don't recall that Eucerin is for itching, but I do remember having used it for very dry skin years ago.
Ghazal actually has a point. Baking soda mixed with water is a popular natural remedy for "khooraki skin", lol. Whether or not it will work for you is another matter, but since it's a common household item you can give it a try. Another thing that comes to mind is a good quality honey if you have any lying around; honey is said to be antibacterial and moisturizing as well.
But yeah just see the doctor if it hasn't gone away.

**Anyways, I searched google before opening this thread and I found all the well known remedies like vinegar, soda and honey etc....
I have a dermatologist friend actually, but I opened the thread to get to know more remedies for me and for all, as everyone gets khurraks somehow... Apni apni khurkein and apne apne fundey....
I have fair skin and I dont get allergies, may be that was the reason I was concerned, my infected area (just forearms) was not even itchy at all......
So, I went to my friend as was suggested by LP too.
According to him, its normal and mamooli allergy....
He said some people in my city got infected because of changes in the weather and some 'visitors' that we had recently... And he is looking many on daily basis...
So, he suggested a cream named Fucicort, which is I must say is a magical cream...
I applied it thrice and everything got fine in just two days..... Alhamdulillah...
Its no more there....
May be that will be helpful for some others too...**
