I think it depends on the person and their body shape. Everyone is different. As long as one eats healthy (and doesn’t over eat) and exercises regularly, sounds like they are healthy.
People who are bigger than you will always say you are too small. It’s often because they think they are eating okay and therefore you must be starving yourself to be the size you are. But in my experience, it’s usually because they eat too much, especially high calorie foods (starbucks drinks, cake, chocolate etc etc).
I eat 3 healthy meals a day and a little bit of snacking in between but I don’t over do it. I absolutely hate getting headaches from not eating properly.
I’m a size 6 UK and people groan when I say this but I do have “fat bits”, so personally, I think I’d be at my perfect size when they are toned up. For me, this doesn’t mean eating less but I do need much more exercise than I’m currently getting. And not just for toning up but for good health overall. I started in the new year and already I can see the benefits such as my stiff neck and back pain problem disappearing.
