Size 8(uk)

Is it unhealthy to be size 8 if you’re over 25?

Re: Size 8(uk)

like show size?

Re: Size 8(uk)

In what way? Too small way?

Imo size 8 isn't even that small any more since they increased sizes.

Re: Size 8(uk)

^Hey good to see you again. Yes, I meant it in a too small way. Actually, I read this thread
http://www.paklinks.com/gs/parenting/394411-if-your-child.html
and got a bit worried. My friends think size 8 is too small and unhealthy, I on the other hand want to go down to size 4(if I could).

So what is the perfect size that’s healthy as well as not fat or too skinny?

I will pick you 10 to chose one from.
say what?

I think it depends on the person and their body shape. Everyone is different. As long as one eats healthy (and doesn’t over eat) and exercises regularly, sounds like they are healthy.

People who are bigger than you will always say you are too small. It’s often because they think they are eating okay and therefore you must be starving yourself to be the size you are. But in my experience, it’s usually because they eat too much, especially high calorie foods (starbucks drinks, cake, chocolate etc etc).

I eat 3 healthy meals a day and a little bit of snacking in between but I don’t over do it. I absolutely hate getting headaches from not eating properly.

I’m a size 6 UK and people groan when I say this but I do have “fat bits”, so personally, I think I’d be at my perfect size when they are toned up. For me, this doesn’t mean eating less but I do need much more exercise than I’m currently getting. And not just for toning up but for good health overall. I started in the new year and already I can see the benefits such as my stiff neck and back pain problem disappearing.

Re: Size 8(uk)

i don't think dress size matters much. its imp to hav a well shaped n tonned body. some ppl hav broad features n no matter how toned they will still not fit into S or XS sizes.

depends on the height i think.
