Did India really get independence from the UK? I think the UK of GB & NI was so feeble due to the 2nd World War that It could not hold such a vast country. So they decided to abondon it otherwise Indians could not get independence from them.
I think I'll have to agree with you on that. The whole Indian Independence struggle (in this post when I say India I mean pre parition India = present day India + Pakistan + Kashmir + SriLanka + Bangladesh) sounds retarded to me with the whole Non Violence CRAP ! If you look at history, you'll notice so many countries getting independence from the UK in the late 40s and early 50s. The British empire was economically weak and tired because of the WW2 and just couldn't give a shyt about handling all these colonies they had around the world. If the WW2 hadn't happen, we wouldn't have gotten independence for decades.
Why the F should you not use Violence against an empire who treats you loots you and treats you like shyt? Even when Independence was achieved the British officers were given a respectful farewell instead of being 'kicked out'. Disgusting.

there is little being discussed here with some posters copy pasting articles favourable to india and other posters engaging in slanging wars. until someone tells me what specific topic is going to be discussed this thread is closed.
if people want to read articles they can read newspapers, if people want to see non-entertaining brawls they can watch Walker Texas Ranger.
