I would surely disagree with that.
But overall India as a country is progressing. A good live e.g. about Muslims being supported is the case of Haneef, where the Indian govt backed this Indian muslim each and everyday.
Well 60 years a long way. As a human i can only pray that Pakistan gets it's bearing right for a successful nation. Because the situation in pakistan is gotten worse in the last few months.
I agree India is progressing, but is the progress rate is satisfactory?

I live in a country where Indian population is over 500,000 people, and we have to suffer them, they don't miss a single chance ( and if the chance is not there, they create one) to open fire at Pakistani or Muslims of Subcontinent.
Muslims of India, tend to stay here in their vacations and normally don't like to go back unless and otherwise they have to.
we don't have to go long back in history, Gujrat's Anti-Muslim riots says the rest by themselves.
