Just heard it on the radio so thought i’d look it up.

I have no idea what to make of this. Are these people growing stupider by the minute? Or is it true what one person once said to me that due to the hormones added to cattle today (to make them grow faster), children are hitting puberty even faster? What would you do if you were the school’s principal?

It can't be sexual harassment, only on the first time. It has to be repetitive behavior.

Its part of mandatory sexual harassment training.

If it were an extreme case, i.e. someone did something really really nasty, then it doesn't have to be repetitive, but will be sexual abuse, and not sexual harassment, either.

^ No. I am not. There is a difference between sexual harassment and sexual abuse. I wrote it up in my post above.

Ok my answer might be different, but i think 1st grade and 6 year old is too young for such things... like i can't believe he meant it.. Come on he is only 6 .... But maybe according to Mr.Lota they are injecting too many hormones now a days...

once when I was working in a school for children with disabilities and special needs when one seven year old girl who was in stature a little larger than the other kids in her class, had pulled up her dress.. she wasnt wearing anything underneath

and she chased all the boys in the class around the hall...they were screaming for dear life and were petrified.

I guess something as innocent as that would be classed as harrasment

It is acquired behaviour. Kid's don't usually know the meaning of what they're doing, but they go ahead and do it neway, since they've probably seen someone else doing it.

that’s the problem!

american are so obssessed with sexual abuse and harrassment that they tend to see it everywhere, even in the innocent child play! by making their child feel guilty for their innocent behavior they are taking the innocenece away from them and risking to increase real sexual perversion later on :rolleyes:
if those parents (the parents of the girl are probably those who put nasty ideas in her head…pushing her to complain), are so obsessed with sexual abuse, they should put their girls in girl school!
