There are many qualities of sahabah, but Scholars say there are six common qualities of sahabah, if one can aquaire in his/her life, to practise comlete Islam will become easy for him/her. These are six qualities:
Iman ( Beleif in Allah and prophet Muhammed SAW) including finality of Prophet Muhammed SAW
Salah ( learn, practise, and establish salah)
3)Knowledge of Islam( learn and apply it), and remembrance of Allah ( be mindful of Allah all the time)
4)Respect, helpand do Ihsan to Muslims in particular, and to humanity in general
5)Every action should have correct intention ( to please Allah SWT only)
Learn Islam, apply it, and teach and encourage to others ( Muslims first, and non-muslims in general)
I am referring to Abu Bakr, Usmaan, and Umar who always treated Fatima (AS) cruelly and unjustly after the Prophet Muhammad's (pbuh) death. They were the ones who abandoned at the Battle of Khayber. Did Ali (pbuh) abandon the Prophet(pbuh)? No he brought the the fort's door in his own hands. The Quran uses the Arabic word "munafic" for the ones who leave you at battle.
Obviously you are a Shia. Have you noticed that the Sunnis in Gupshup have tried to avoid confrontation with you?
Now we have our views of the Sahaba and you have yours. If you believe in Islam, why are you trying to create a divide between those who believe in Allah and the Last Day?
Let us tackle the Greater Shaytaan first, then we can resolve our differences. Don't give the real enemy the opportunity to implement his plans.
Think carefully before you make such statements. Remember who is watching.
Well actually my father is Sunni and my mother Shia. Since I didn't know what to be, I studied Islamic history. Islamic history was the source in the previous post.

I disagree with the above abuse and issue a genuine warning:
From Soorah Al-Taubah ( Soorah 9: Ayaah 100) The Quraan, (in the meaning),
"And the first to embrace Islaam of the MUHAAJIRUUN (those who emigrated from Makkah to Madinah) and the Asaar (the citizens of Al-Madinah who helped and gave aid to the Muhaajiruun) and those who followed them exactly (in faith), ALLAH IS WELL PLEASED WITH THEM as they are well-pleased with Him. He has prepared for them gardens under which rivers flow (Paradise) to dwell therein forever. That is the supreme success."
If Allah is well-pleased with these Sahaaba and has promised them Paradise (can you imagine that!!), I myself fear even the thought of abusing them...this is in essence to question Allah (SWT) in His Divine Knowledge of them. Aoodhobillah.
They have been promised paradise by Allah in the Quraan!! Subhaan'Allah may Allah make us worthy of even hoping for paradise, Ameen.
In addition,
The Prophet (SAW) issued the following warning, (in the meaning )
"Anyone who abuses my companions, the curse of Allah and the curse of the Angels and the curse of the people is upon that person." And this is narrated by Ibn Abbas (RA).
As if the threat of the curse of Allah alone is not enough to bring a sincere believer to tears...other curses result from this action.
And Allah alone knows how these curses manifest themselves.
I sincerley advise everyone based on my own belief to fear Allah.
If you go to Shi'aa books for information, then Naothobillaah, what you are claiming is what you will find in there amongst other slander based on emotions and not the Qur'aan or the words of the Prophet (salallaahu 'alahi wa sallam).
Allaah (subhaan wa ta'aala) clearly brings to our attention in the Qur'aan:
"The Prophet is closer to the believers than their ownselves, and his wives are their (believers') mothers (as regards respect and marriage). And blood relations among each other have closer personal ties in the Decree of Allâh (regarding inheritance) than (the brotherhood of) the believers and the Muhajirûn (emigrants from Makkah, etc.), except that you do kindness to those brothers (when the Prophet SAW joined them in brotherhood ties). This has been written in the (Allâh's Book of Divine) Decrees (AlLauh AlMahfûz)." [Al-Ahzab - 33:6]
Furthermore, we clearly see the love our Prophet (salallaahu 'alahi wa sallam) displayed for Aa'yesha (radhi allaahu hu anhum)in many aHadeeth.
So then who has the right to spread false allegations of those who are beloved to Allaah and His Messenger (salallaahu 'alahi wa sallam)? And who has the audacity to contradict the Words of Allaah?
I can't imagin that people will go that far to abuse Sahabah ( Ridwan-ullah Alaihim Ajmaeen). I don't want this behavior to be continue. I request maderator, please close this thread, because I see big fitnah is on the way.
