Double your roti intake. And add milk to your diet, or double it if it’s already there. And add weight training to your weekly routine. Just eating won’t do much(except for “tond”) unless you lift weights.
Roti works, I went up to to 80kg by increasing my food intake and lifting weights. But I didn’t like my “tond”, so I restricted my diet and now I’m at around 72/73kg.
