Are ya sure we are talking about six packs here..? I mean i understand ya might not fat..but gettin six pack in a month or so isn't six packs bro. To get even 2 or 3 packs..it takes tons of workout ad dieting plan..
...okay, maybe you can't, but that's only because they don't exist.
Again though, it was in that time frame. I was working out like most of the week though..like lots of different crap...and i'm/i was somewhat of an active dude then..plus skinny.
But I mean, you don't have to believe me. It's not that big of a thing.
Well..best buddy of mine takes protein shakes for gaining weight. But ya really really gota make sure that what kind of protein shake ya're taking. Not every protein shake might for ya. For instance, go to store where they specialize in these stuff. Like..in Canada..we got Popeyes here. Go and talk to them. Tell them..what exactly ya want. I can do more research and get back to ya..

Double your roti intake. And add milk to your diet, or double it if it's already there. And add weight training to your weekly routine. Just eating won't do much(except for "tond") unless you lift weights.
Roti works, I went up to to 80kg by increasing my food intake and lifting weights. But I didn't like my "tond", so I restricted my diet and now I'm at around 72/73kg.

No. Eat healthy and exercise. In the long run that is the key. Don’t overeaten to put on muscles. ( maybe 30 years from now you will be glad you did things the right way).
