Well..best buddy of mine takes protein shakes for gaining weight. But ya really really gota make sure that what kind of protein shake ya’re taking. Not every protein shake might for ya. For instance, go to store where they specialize in these stuff. Like..in Canada..we got Popeyes here. Go and talk to them. Tell them..what exactly ya want. I can do more research and get back to ya..
