Lets say you like a girl who’s in a situation where 2-3 other guys like her. You really like her but she’s keeping her options open. What would you do in this case?

well if u have met her and got to no each other a bit and she's still considering other guy's then ure nothing special to her, so there's no point in persuing her as a partner, if u havent met her then do so, if she's getting lot's of attention she must be really something, don't dismiss her as the player type, she can't help it if guys are attracted to her, like im said before, let her get to know u, if she likes what she see's then it's her move, if she want's to date u aswell as the other guys to she who she prefers, then forget about her, that type of girl ain't yours for long.
Dont chase her like a dog, if the level of interest isn't mutual then it aint worth it.

exactly...that would be the decent way of approaching this situation. That's if the girl is decent herself. If you've known the girl for a while and you know you like her....then saying "i like you" wont help. She's already got guys saying the same thing.** If** you're comfortable with her and you know she is the one you want to marry then propose. That would certainly put you in the forefront like Kinky mentioned. She would also take you more seriously.

In order to get a girl from crowd you must know whether she likes you.
In order to get a girl, any girl, you must ‘stand out’. Good looks, money and abs help but what makes a girl really hot about you is brain and intelligence. There are several ways you can be that hot by standing out in a group of ‘underwear models’
1. First of all you need to understand and believe that she deserves you. She needs you and will be happy to have you for the rest of her life. Be happy with what you have to offer, you know what write down in a piece of paper what makes you better and unique. Qualities that other guys do not posses. Be confident because women know from a mile away whether guy thinks he can have her or not.
2. Do not hide your insecurities, you heard me write its like watching a girl with loads of make-up on. Men always wonder what is that she is hiding and it does not appear attractive. You have insecurities just like other people…don’t be afraid we are human beings not robots.
3. Do not ever ask a girl for permission. If she is interested and you are gentle with your approach, everything is possible. Yes, if she becomes your wife than always ask what to do becuase you are screeeewed 
4. Let her be free, women always complain that guys are jealous and possesive. If you give her the space and freedom to be herself, she’ll love you for that. Also, let her know what you want in life, what you have in life and what you want to achieve. Women loves a man with goals, if you are dead broke you can even go out with a blone bombshell…
you know how? tell her that you are in an interesting phase of your life. Starting a job, compelting studies and helping out parents will make you stand out in a crowd of guys with muscles, money and cars…just because you have goals and direction in life. Women love a guy who lives on the edge, if you have that attitude of ‘I’m not scared’ she’ll be after you like a bee towards honey. Be not afraid of life, obstacles, bills…prejedice…fight for who you are and what you want.
5. Maturity. Women love silent men because they think they are listening. Also, have some knowledge you know subscribe to a Encyclopedia or watch Discovery Channel once in a while. It’ll give you something to talk about.
