Hey guys,
Wanted to ask if you had any pictures of some brides sitting on stage. I want to make sure I’m sitting properly with my hands and all. May sound silly, but it will be in all the pics, and I don’t know what to do with my hands, do I have to sit sideways etc.?! Let me know guys!

I don't have pics but all the brides I've seen have had their hands folded in their laps. I think the sideways angle might look more flattering in photos which is why they do it? Not sure though! lol

just sit comfortably, number one, and second, don't slouch! and please make sure you have proper support undergarments on so that there aren't any roll or folds showing up. and yeah, if you could sit at a slight angle facing in towards your hubby, that always looks a little nicer than sitting next to each other like in a train car, all formal and stiff. above all, rememeber to SMILE! its your wedding! you're a happy bride! hurray! be relaxed and everyone around you will be at ease too.

I think it depends on what you're wearing. You need to flatter that the most. Ask your sisters/cousins to drape your clothes properly.
Make sure your shoes are covered If it's a lehnga, sit up straight, keep your hands in your lap, don't slouch, and smile.
And also don't be afraid to take an opinion of the photographer. They've usually seen hundreds of brides and they can guide you if you're doing something unflattering.

Speaking of support undergarments - what kind are best? My lenga has a super straight shirt which was made a size small lol. So it really does hug my body. No rolls show or anything, but I do want to make sure I'm covered (no pun intended lol)!!
Definitely know about the no slouch thing! Looks awful!

@SilverLining29 don't DIY this step. Go to a specialty bra/underwear store and have them kit you out with proper foundation garments. A good bra is worth every penny. Remember to bring your shirt so you can make sure it's all seamless and looks good and is comfortable!

Yeah definitely hear you out on that. I was thinking more on the spanx stuff ha ha. Not sure where to start but yeah will lug my heavy shirt to the store to see what they can do!
