Majboor? So what? Lots of ppl are majboor, but they don’t go into stores wiht loaded guns do they?
I’m not saying that anyone who gives in is a coward, but at least she fought back…he had a gun, who knows if he would’ve shot her after giving him the money anyway just for fun?
Nope, the ahadith remain there. They are not going to change. The ahadith clearly mention the result of protecting your things and it does not say that protecting your things was going out of your (atleast it should not be in a muslim's life).
The same thing can be applied to Jihad. The Prophet and the Sahabas could've sat home or in a corner of the masjid doing 'Allah Allah.' They went out of their way nevertheless and fought knowing that some of them may face death also.
sorry, didn't mean to question the hadith... i'm just saying... its not worth risking ur life for it...
i would never risk my life for the $50 in my wallet... i couldn't make my parents suffer for $50.
i agree with u about jihad, but thats another issue i think.
well u r going towards morality now. we are not discussing here opponents behavior. our topic of discussion is defendant rather reflex action that whehter its appropiate or not.
kher kala’z are famous for this, i didnt anything new action in kala’s action, but that gal> i say “cha gaye hai ”.
btw, i wasn't trying to save the $50, rather, the pain it would cause my family...
I didn't know we were having a competition. I wasn't trying to win anything :)
My point simply being, Jihad can also cause pain to family but does that mean we throw it out of Islam? Death is going to come to you, sooner or later. Nobody is going to live forever. Dying later on in life is not going to prevent the pain that will be caused to your loved ones.
Every soul must taste of death and We try you by evil and good by way of probation; and to Us you shall be brought back.

main aap ka point samajh ga'e :)
i know death will some at a certain point... but does this give us a reason to run thru red signals? Allah SWT has given us aqqal to use...
