main kaaghaz per lakeerain hoon ,mujhay tasveer ker daina
tujhay main raas aa jaaon. mujhay akseer ker daina

Main ik ujray hoye gher ki terah mismaar hoon kub say
tum aa kay apnay haatoon say issay taameer ker daina

main tera khuwab ban ker .tere aankhon main bas jaaon
kissi din aa key tum iss khuwab ki taabeer ker daina

tere rooh main uter ker. tere dil ko jeet ker nikloon
basaa ker apnay dil main ,tum mujhay jaageer ker daina

main ik khaale hatylee hoon ,jo tere aagay phylee hoon
saja ker khud ko tum is main ,mere taqdeer ker daina

jahaan jaaon tumharay naam say pehchaan ho mere
tum apna saath mera naam bhi tehreer ker daina

ager tum chorna chaaho to mujh ko chor na paao
mere chaahat ko apnay paaon ki zanjeer ker daina

nahi mujhe wasi ya farhat ki lagi jabhi meine koi comment nahi kia n pocha ke kiski hai ~ i dont read dem n dont like em personally no offence :)

no offence taken because neither I am Farhat Abbas Shah nor Wasi Hasan Shah :p

My curiosity is that while I know one reason why you do not like Wasi because of his plagiarism-kindda thing with his "Kaash maiN teraY haseen haath kaa kaNgan hotaa" - I like to know what's the crime of Farhat?

Both of the poets have a collection full of memorable poems in their name but to not like them is a pretty bold statement...

I do not like some of the poems of John Eliya because of some of the thoughts conflicting with my beliefs but I admire his poetry overall because his poetry has the flavour of the past mixed with the present...
