I used that netipot bottle thingy , it works only for a couple of hours. During the daytime and if you are at home you can use it every couple of hours , it is better than using any medication. But if you go to work and for those who suffer from clogged nose in the night like me it is not an effective solution for the problem.
My doctor prescribed Nasonex for overnight use which works fine for now.

Nasonex? Now that scares me a little bit. Something shooting into your nose at the press of a button…shudder I have it but havent even opened it yet.
