I have a single tip for skin and hair: Green Smoothies.
I've been drinking them for maybe 2 months now...and in just a matter of weeks you'll notice a glow in your overall complextion....and others will pick up on it as well. The vitamins and minerals found in fruits and veggies are absorbed faster/better by the body when they're in liquid form...which is what happens when you blend the ingredients. Also, the greens that we usually eat are rather bland in taste. If you reflect over the lettuce/spinach leaves in a salad....they don't have a strong taste. It's the other ingredients such as as the tomatoes, cheese, dressing that have more of a taste. That said.....a green smoothie tastes like fruit juice. You cannot taste the spinach or other vegetable you put into it. I just pour a bit of orange juice or store bought lemonade into the blender....along with a few pieces of frozen fruit. I use frozen blueberries, strawberries, and pineapple. Then I throw in one carrot and a handful of spinach. It will turn a brown color that may not look appealing....but it tastes like fruit. You can thin it out by adding more juice or water. These days I've also included sweet potato into my smoothies. I take a small sized sweet potato....or if it's a bigger one I cut in half.....I bake it in the microwave....then I mash it....and throw it in the blender with the juice, fruits, and spinach. Sweet potatoes are considered one of the healthiest vegetables. This can even be used as a meal replacement as it's filling and you're getting plenty of nutrients. It can also help in losing weight and provides energy for workouts.
One should try to visit beauty clinics at least once a month. But the parlours are often expensive so we should try home facials also.To put your best foot forward you will want to make sure that your hair is healthy and that it is cut in a style that flatters your face shape.
If i say the ingredients of the smoothie acording to redvelvet:
Orange juice or lemonade
frozen fruits like berries or pineapple

handful spinach
U can add more juice or water. also she has added sweet potato peel, baked , mashed and then add to this smooithi.

I've told several people about it and it really does make a difference in your skin and people around you will notice in a matter of weeks. I think I had been drinking them for about 2-3 weeks and people at work said that my skin looked clear...there was more of a glow...and they asked if I was wearing makeup (and I wasn't). I just think that when you take care of your skin internally....then the products that you use (such as moisturizers, makeup, etc) are more effective because you have a clearer canvas to work with.
The other thing I'd recommend is Greek yogurt...it has twice the amount of protein that regular yogurt does. Regular has about 10 grams whereas Greek has around 22-23 grams. And it contains beneficial bacteria that cleans up your digestive track and helps to keep skin clear. You can also get in the flavored variety.
