What a shame!
What were the ECB/ICC smoking when they decided to hold such a major tournament in middle of September English weather. The weather sucks every day of the year but in September it’s a sure given sucker.
According to ECB September usually is not a rainy month. June and July are. Its just happening this year, but usually its dry most of the time.
