Alamgir is indeed a trend-setter and a legend in pak music industry. It is sad to see that he is in pain, and I hope and pray that things get better for him.
However, I am greatly disappointed that he did not exercise good judgement when it came to medical issues. Anybody who lives in US knows that medical treatment is very expensive, and one must have medical insurance. If he was not able to get it from any employer, then he should have purchased it. That option would have still been a lot better as opposed to trying to pay medical bills out of pocket.
