Singaporean Rice MENU HELP

Hi All,
I’m having some guests over tomorrow(husband and wife with a kid) and they have requested that I make Singaporean rice dish. I need to make 1 more main dish and sides/appetizers so please suggest what can go well with this rice dish. I was thinking of making chicken salad sandwiches and keema puff patties. What else??

^What kind of stir fry lusi? Would it be a separate dish or go on top of singaporean rice noodles?

chicken vegetable fry or beef vegetable stir fry or just vegetable stir fry or shrimp vegetable stir fry. It can be both separate or go on top of the rice.

Lusi, it seems if I go with a chicken or vegetarian stir fry it's going to overlap singapore rice dish because it has both...I think I'll make mongolian beef or beef chilli and serve it separately with rice. Do post if you have more ideas!!

It's probably just a recipe created by some restaurant in Pakistan and it tastes more like chinese fried rice + noodles!

That would be nice too, I like both, whenever I am your guest, you'll have to make both. :D (j/k)
I would say just go with something that is a little wet with rice as people do tend to look for some wet/gravish thing with rice.

Make chicken kebabs (Lusi's recipe) and Tzatziki.

Anyway can you post the recipe of these Singaporean rice recipe? I know you posted it earlier but I cant find it.
