I was wondering what recipe it is that has the flat, big rice noodle with shrimp and vegetables stuffed in it. I tried something like that on Singapore airlines and just loved it. It was so yummy!

Re: Singapore Rice Noodles

jal-pari here's da recipe i have, hope its da one u wanted. anyways u can try this too, its simple and tasty :D

1 packet rice vermicilli (400gm), boiled with some salt and drained.
3 tblsp light soya sauce (or more according to ur taste)
2 tsp white pepper powder
1 tsp black pepper powder
2 tsp chinese salt (msg)
300gm chicken fillet, cut into cubes
2-3 eggs
1 small carrot, sliced thinly (optional)
3 cabbage leaves, sliced (optional)
1 cup bean sprouts (optional)
sliced red chillies, fried onions and parsley for garnishing
oil for frying
blend into a paste:
2 medium onions
1 pod of garlic

pour adequate oil into the pan to fry the onion/garlic paste. fry till fragrant and the oil has emerged onto the surface.
add chicken, white/black pepper (add more if u want it spicier) and chinese salt. cook till chicken is done. push this mixture to the side of the pan. break the eggs in the centre and cook the eggs. once done mix everything together and add the carrots/cabbage. let it cook till the veggies are half done.
add the bean sprouts and cooked vermicilli, add soya sauce and stir fry for 1-2 mins.
garnish with red chillies, fried onions and parsley when serving.
