I wonder if this interior is permanent part of all 380's or its just to show what can be done and the rest of 380's are nothing but a huge bus from inside
Waisay, airplane manufacturers do offer different interiors combinations and airlines can choose one when they order a plane
The ones shown are the ACTUAL interiors of A380 because it was on its commercial flight. So what you see for this specific one is here to stay. And yea it is true different configs are available. Virgin Atlantic wants a club onboard, so they'll have a different layout ofcourse.
As for the rose petals and all, that was only on the initial flight i believe, a media stunt indeed to boast that Singapore is the first to operate 380. Other SAI 380s will probably have the same configuration because their bookings are based on Economy/Business/First/Suite...so i'm assuming that they're gonna keep this seating config.
For this 380 anyways..until they have enough to experiment with other things in the cabin.
