Heavy taxes yes, looting no. Why durranis had to loot punjab when it was one of their province under their adminstration?. case of nadir shah is different, he did invaded india for sole purpose of looting.....
Why there are so many durranis in punjab if they were mere looters?.....afghans enforced heavy taxes and were never lenient in collecting it......
